Mix the above ingredients in a pitcher and set aside
For Salted glassware:
use 2 saucers or shallow dishes
1.Spread course kosher salt in one dish
2.Pour some tequila in the other dish, enough to wet the rims of the glassware
3.Dip the rim of a glass in the tequila and then into the salt

Chill liquids in cocktail shaker by shaking vigorously with ice. Serve, straight up or with a little ice, immediately.
